Darkstore’s mission is to enable access, and make all of the world’s products accessible all over the world. In order to enable this access, the first thing we needed to do was to get closer to customers, and so we brought a network of micro fulfillment centers closer to you. By doing so enables us to provide fast delivery at a low cost.
Today, we are launching our first product to empower customers by giving them even more access. Our latest product offers customers that kind of access — to the top brands and products that are not available for fast delivery, delivered to your doorstep in 2-hours. This, is FastAF.
FastAF is your new local shop. Top brands like APL, Aesop and Quip, in categories like personal care, health & wellness, beauty, pantry, pets, electronics, fitness and more all delivered to you in 2-hours. Today, we are launching FastAF in Los Angeles as our first city and it is available for download from the App Store.
It’s the most personal delivery experience you’ve ever seen. Everything about FastAF is fast including the way you get in and out of the app, and the delivery experience itself. Your delivery doesn’t arrive in a cardboard box or paper bag, instead it comes in a beautifully designed FastAF tote to enhance that feeling you get when your essential goods arrive, in the delivery window of your choice.
FastAF isn’t just for any brand, it’s for brands that we believe deeply care about their customers’ needs. Our goal is to be the facilitator in helping these types of brands grow their relationship with the customer by giving them access to their customers in a way they’ve never experienced before. We believe FastAF is the most brand centric marketplace on earth connecting brands to their customers where they’re needed the most.
With FastAF everything is designed to extend the brand experience in the most local way possible. The selection of brands and products are deliberately specific to your location in order to create a marketplace that is more local than global. This means, in each FastAF city, the app experience will be uniquely the fabric of that city.
We are also redefining the returns experience with FastAF. Just as you receive your order within a 2-hour window, your return process will also be handled through a 2-hour window. That means, there’s no more messy trips to the post office or scrambling to find a cardboard box to return your goods. Just go to the profile section in FastAF to request a return and all you have to do is hand the item to one of our runners who will arrive during your desired window. It’s that easy.
